These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and all purchases made through the ZAIDA Tea online shop. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purpose
ZAIDA Tea offers for online sale food products (infusions and herbal teas) and related accessories.

3. Orders
Orders are placed through the website. After completing the purchase, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the order.

4. Prices
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT at the current legal rate.
Shipping costs are displayed before finalising the purchase. In the event of an obvious pricing error, ZAIDA Tea reserves the right not to process the order.

5. Payments
Available payment methods are listed on the “Payments and Delivery” page. Orders are only processed after payment confirmation.
Payments are processed through secure platforms (e.g., Stripe, MB Way, Credit Card and others). All transactions are encrypted and carried out in a secure environment (SSL). ZAIDA Tea does not have access to banking data nor does it store any payment information.

6. Delivery
Delivery conditions and timeframes are detailed on the “Payments and Delivery” page.
The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer only upon physical receipt of the order.

7. Returns and Refunds
Consumers have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for sealed food products that have been opened after delivery.
For reasons of food safety and hygiene, ZAIDA Tea infusions cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or damaged.

8. Liability
ZAIDA Tea is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the products, nor for losses arising from temporary interruptions in access to the website.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, consumers may contact an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.
