Find answers to your questions about our infusions
Yes, you can drink them every day as long as you follow the recommended dose: up to 4 cups per day, spaced throughout the day.
They can be included at different moments:
Morning – to help wake up the digestive system and prepare the body for the day.
After main meals – to support comfortable digestion and reduce bloating.
Evening or night – to help the body unwind and support a restful night’s sleep.
They should be stored in a cool, dry place, protected from direct light and humidity. Keep the packaging tightly closed after each use. Avoid storing them near sources of heat, steam or strong odours (such as spices or coffee) to ensure the flavour and aroma remain intact.
Dried plants can lose some properties if exposed to direct sunlight for long periods. However, when the infusions are stored away from direct light and kept dry, there is no significant loss of efficacy, even if the outer packaging is transparent. In the case of ZAIDA infusions, all necessary precautions are taken during packaging, transport and storage.
Yes, it is possible for some tea bags to have slightly different shades. This happens because certain ingredients, such as beetroot, can give the blend a more reddish tone. Ingredients like carrot, ginger and turmeric usually contribute more orange or yellow hues.
Infusions naturally vary in colour because plants and roots are not chemically standardised. These variations do not indicate contamination and do not affect quality or safety.
Yes. All ingredients are certified organic, free from pesticides and artificial additives.
The packaging is environmentally friendly and the tea bags are 100% microplastic-free, made from plant-based material derived from corn starch, safe for you and for the planet.
