Alternative Dispute Resolution
Under Law No. 144/2015 of 8 September, consumers are informed that they may resort to a Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity in the event of a dispute with the supplier of goods or service provider.
Alternative Dispute Resolution applies to consumer disputes between individuals residing in Portugal and companies established within Portuguese territory.
