Payments And Delivery

1. Payment Methods
ZAIDA Tea accepts the following payment methods: credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), MB WAY, PayPal and any others indicated on the checkout page. All payments are processed in a secure environment (SSL) through certified partners. ZAIDA Tea does not store bank card details and has no access to the credentials used in transactions.

2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within a maximum of three working days after payment confirmation. The customer will receive a confirmation email with the order status and shipping details. Each order is prepared with care, ensuring proper storage and transport conditions for the infusions.
During periods of high demand or seasonal campaigns, slight delays may occur and will be communicated in advance.

3. Delivery
Deliveries are carried out by partner couriers, ensuring adequate storage and transport conditions for the infusions.
Average delivery times:
Portugal (Mainland): 2 to 5 working days
Azores and Madeira: 5 to 10 working days
Europe / International: varies depending on destination
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer only when they, or a designated third party, take physical possession of the products.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and vary according to destination and order weight. Shipping is free for orders of €45 or more within mainland Portugal.

5. Returned Orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient’s absence, a new shipping cost may apply.
If the return results from a logistical error or damage attributable to the courier, ZAIDA Tea will resend the order at no additional cost.
All orders are prepared carefully, following good hygiene and food safety practices to ensure product integrity until delivery.
